‘The Key’ single by Aria Tesolin on Top 40 & AC US charts – and number 7 Top Indie on DMDS this week

The Key by Cdn Pop Classical Singer Aria Tesolin Scores
a US Radio Hit on both Top 40 Pop & AC radio formats

TORONTO (July 2013) US commercial radio success has arrived for Canadian contemporary pop classical singer and poet Aria Tesolin with her radio hit The Key. The Key rose to the Top 20 on radio charts with over 1010 spins per week across the US, joining major artists Justin Timberlake, Pink, Bruno Mars, and Taylor Swift, and Michael Buble in AC only format. Radio charts are published on New Music Weekly Magazine, source of the most accurate and current radio and music data.

On June 8th, 2103, after just eight weeks, The Key became the highest debuting top 40 single in two radio formats, Top 40 mainstream pop Contemporary Hit Radio and Adult Contemporary (AC) and also the Hot 100 Singles Chart, where it is currently #19. The Key was recently launched for Canadian radio on July 8th.

Tesolin is the only pop classical singer with a hit on contemporary pop radio in the Top 40 format, a rarity, and a symbolic event that shows how popular audience tastes are responding to her unique musical sound. Both music and lyrics for The Key were composed and written by Tesolin herself, making this achievement an even sweeter personal victory for the artist.
