Yangaroo releases leading edge Video Quality Control Utility

At a series of live demonstrations at the National Association of Broadcasters conference in Las Vegas, Yangaroo CTO Richard Klosa demonstrated the new Quality Control utility available via the DMDS Manager software for both PC and Mac.

The free tool, designed in collaboration with Niagara College and funded in part through Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario allows DMDS customers immediate feedback on the quality or potential issues associated with video files being prepared for upload and delivery to broadcasters via the DMDS platform.

Yangaroo/DMDS is attending the National Association of Broadcasters conference in Las Vegas.

TORONTO, April 16, 2012 /CNW/ - YANGAROO Inc. (TSX-V: YOO) (OTC: YOOIF), the industry's leading secure digital media distribution company, is pleased to announce that YANGAROO Chief Technology Officer, Richard Klosa will be participating in a number of demonstrations showcasing the DMDS integration of AD-ID and AS-12.

Ad-ID is a joint venture of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A's) and Association of National Advertisers (ANA) to create a web-based system for the generation of unique identifying codes for all advertising assets to create efficiencies throughout the distribution chain.

AS-12 is a specification developed by the Advanced Media Workflow Association (AMWA) and introduces a digital commercial slate powered by the metadata in Ad-ID embed in media files.

Yangaroo/DMDS is the first digital delivery platform to fully support both Ad-Id and AS-12. You can find out more by visiting the AMWA booth at the International Research Park # N617.

Electrifying news – Fuse is on!

Fuse is now officially accepting digital deliveries via DMDS!

Fuse owned by Madison Square Garden, is an US American national television network dedicated exclusively to music. Fuse characterizes for exposing great musicians and bringing viewers closer to their favorite artists and bands by featuring original series and specials, exclusive interviews, live concerts and video blocks.

Fuse covers a wide variety of musical tastes and targets a demographic between 18 and 34 year-olds. It offers music entertainment not only on-air but also on-line (fusemusic.com),on-demand (Fuse On-Demand), in high-definition (Fuse HD) and via mobile (Fuse mobile). In the present, Fuse has at least ten very popular music video shows on the air.
